Questions?
When does my 365-day license start?
Your license period begins when we activate it — not when you purchase. Buy now, download and test in demo mode, then contact us when you’re ready to go live. Your full year starts from activation.
Can I run events for different groups?
Yes. Your license covers unlimited events for your organization. Schools can run PTA nights, sports boosters, and class events. Churches can host multiple fundraisers. The license is tied to your organization, not a single event.
What if I only need one event this year?
Check out our Pro Bundle at $299 which includes a 7-day license — perfect for single Night at the Races events. Pro Unlimited is best if you’re planning two or more events.
What happens after my year expires?
You keep the race videos and Tote software forever. To continue running licensed events, simply purchase a new license — $59 for 7 days, $129 for 30 days, or $299 for another full year.
