All money is collected on-site by event organizers in accordance with applicable local fundraising regulations. This product is licensed as software only; the developer does not operate any gambling or wagering services.

When does my license countdown start?

Your license period starts from the date we issue your key — so we recommend purchasing close to your event date. If you have an upcoming event, include the date in your request and we’ll prioritize it.

Can I run multiple events on one license?

Yes! You can run as many events as you like during your license period. A 7-day license could cover multiple events in that week, while a 365-day license covers unlimited events all year.

What happens when my license expires?

The software reverts to demo mode with watermarked tickets. All your event configurations and data remain saved. Simply purchase a new license when you need it for your next event.

Do I need to buy the software separately?

Yes, the Race Night Tote software ($149) is a one-time purchase that you own forever. Licenses are purchased separately to unlock full functionality for your events. Get the software here.

Which license should I choose?

7-Day ($59): Single event, one-off fundraiser. 30-Day ($129): A couple of events close together or time to practice before the big night. 365-Day ($299): Best value if you run 3+ events per year or want year-round flexibility.

How do I receive my license key?

After submitting your request, you’ll receive a PayPal payment link by email. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll send your license key the same day — usually within a few hours during business hours.

What betting types does Race Night Tote support?

Race Night Tote is the only charity night at the races system offering full Win, Place and Show pari-mutuel system. This means three times the ticketing action compared to Win-only rental kits, which means more engagement and more money raised for your cause.

Does it work offline?

Yes! Once activated, Race Night Tote works completely offline. This is essential for charity venues where internet connectivity can be unreliable. All ticketing, calculation, ticket printing and payouts work without any internet connection.

Can I move my license to a different computer?

Yes. You can deactivate your license from the current machine and reactivate it on a different computer. This is useful if you run events at different locations or need to switch machines.
